Are your services delivered remotely?
Yes. We work as a fully remote accounting team for SMEs across Malaysia — you send us your documents online and we handle the rest, wherever you are. On-site support is available where you need it (charged as set out on our Pricing page).
Do you work with small businesses and start-ups?
Absolutely — SMEs are our specialty, from sole proprietors and new start-ups to growing Sdn Bhd and LLP companies. We help you get organised, stay compliant, and free up your time to grow.
How does your pricing work? Are there hidden charges?
Our fees are quoted individually, because scope and volume differ for every business. Routine work is recurring (monthly or yearly) and non-routine work is one-off. Quotes exclude out-of-pocket expenses (printing, travel, postage), statutory charges payable to the authorities, and your own tax liability. Ad hoc work is charged at time cost, RM 100 per hour, always agreed up front. Request a quote and we'll send an itemised proposal.
Is there a minimum contract period?
Routine services run on flexible monthly or yearly plans, and you can scale up or down as your business changes. A quoted price is guaranteed for the first year; after that, fees are reviewed by year-to-year quotation and agreement.
How quickly can you start?
Usually within a few days of your free consultation, once we have the source documents we need. For urgent or last-minute work we can often start sooner (an overtime fee may apply).
Do you handle audit and company secretarial work?
Yes — through our independent allied firms. Keeping audit and company secretarial work with separate, licensed firms preserves the professional independence required under Malaysian law, while still giving you one point of contact.
Which areas do you serve?
We're based in Melaka and serve SME clients remotely across Malaysia and Singapore — location is not a limitation for us. Clients elsewhere and foreign companies investing in the region are welcome too; pricing for cross-border engagements is quoted case by case.
